Woodpile does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All your data stays on your device.
All information you enter into Woodpile — including stack measurements, moisture readings, burn history, photos, and home profile settings — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData). This data never leaves your device.
Woodpile does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
We do not use any analytics frameworks, crash reporting services, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage, location, or behavior in any way.
Woodpile requests camera access for AR measurement and the photo journal feature. Photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded anywhere. Camera data is processed entirely on-device.
Woodpile uses your zip code (which you enter manually) to look up regional climate data for seasoning predictions. No GPS location is collected or transmitted.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or purchase history beyond what Apple provides to verify your subscription status on-device.
Woodpile does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data.
To delete all your data, simply delete the Woodpile app from your device. All locally stored data is removed when the app is uninstalled.
If this policy changes, we will update it here. Since we don't collect your email, we can't notify you directly — check back if you're curious.
